About

Accredited Clinical Aromatherapist and Scar Therapist

Georgie Hopkins is a Clinical Aromatherapist, registered with the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) and based in South-west London.

Bespoke Clinical Aromatherapy & Scar Therapy

Georgie is also a qualified Physiotherapist and worked in the NHS for 25 years, before leaving to pursue a career in holistic therapy.  Although no longer a practicing physiotherapist, she remains a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and brings this experience and knowledge to her clinical aromatherapy and scar therapy treatments.

Georgie first became interested in essential oils after her first child was born. She was given a book called ‘The Fragrant Pharmacy’ by Valerie Worwood and would frequently use oil blends to treat her family. Georgie was always intrigued by the positive interaction between the oils and the body and the success of the treatments. Following successful self-treatment of a serious burn using essential oils, Georgie decided to expand her knowledge and trained with Neal’s Yard Remedies School of Natural Health, achieving a Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy and Essential Oil Science.

Georgie has completed further specialist qualifications in manual scar therapy and is registered with both Restore Scar Therapy and McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release. She offers a combined approach using essential oils and manual therapy to support the healing of scars.

Georgie is passionate about the importance of individual holistic therapy and uses a multifaceted approach in all her treatments to support health and wellbeing.
